Spinach Stuffed Mushroom

 

Ingredients:

4 (or more) Portabella Mushrooms
1 bag or 1 pound of Spinach
2 Tomatoes Diced
2 Onions Shredded or Diced (Set 1/4 of it aside to be sautéed with the Spinach)
2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic (or 3-4 cloves minced)
1 Block of Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) [Block Cheese melts best]
Grapeseed oil

Seasonings: Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Natures Seasonings (or desired seasonings)

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees
  2. Oil the pan with Grapeseed oil
  3. Wash the Portabella Mushrooms (remove the stem)
  4. Rub Grapeseed oil on each of the Mushrooms
  5. Season with Sea Salt, Pepper and Natures Seasoning Mix
  6. Add Grapeseed Oil to a Skillet
  7. Sautee Garlic and a tablespoon of Shredded Onions
  8. Add in Spinach to be Sautéed with Sea Salt, Black Pepper and Natures Seasonings
  9. Stuff the Mushrooms with the Sautéed Spinach
  10. Top with chopped or Shredded Onions
  11. Top with Diced Tomatoes
  12. Top with Mozzarella Cheese
  13. Season with Sea Salt and Pepper over top of the cheese
  14. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and is slightly golden on top
  15. Remove from the oven

Serve while hot and Enjoy!
